Kent Economic Board Business Growth Consultations

Kent Economic Board Business Growth Consultations

Programme of meetings for 2012 are now published.

We are planning a series of events with industry sectors we believe have the most potential to grow the Kent economy, details below.

Many thanks to all who attended our fourth event for the Health and Social Care Business Trends and Opportunities on 19th September. Working in partnership with Kent County Council over 95 businesses signed up to attend, a short event report is here.

What is important to us is to hear from you about what should happen in terms of encouraging investment, addressing skills needs and supporting business development to really make a difference to secure a prosperous future for your sector – what we learn from you is going to directly influence the policy and programmes. It is still possible to contribute to the debate by completing our questionnaire which can be found here.

Where possible KEB is working with others (sector councils, existing employer groups, etc) to combine forces to maximise value.
