TRS is designed to help engineers facing redundancy link up to companies who are looking for engineering skills and is free to use for individuals and for companies of all sizes. It is a joint Government and Industry UK wide initiative, which has the support of key employers from organizations such as BAE Systems, Rolls-Royce, EADS, Airbus, NISSAN, EDF, Siemens and a growing number of businesses of all sizes from across advanced engineering and manufacturing who continue to register each day. The programme will help those losing their jobs to find employers looking to recruit and will play an important role in supporting the redeployment of BAE Systems and MOD staff. It is a direct link between people and employers, with no intermediaries.
